Motorist pepper sprayed twice during Erie road rage incident
Two motorists were observed outside their vehicles by a third motorist and appeared to have been shoving each other. The third, while in their vehicle, honked their horn. In response, one of the on-foot individuals hit the passenger window and began approaching the driver’s door, said Luttrell. The third motorist used pepper spray on the individual and drove away.
